Eva Dye, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC
Eva Dye, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of NICU experience and currently practices in the Neonatal ICU at the Monroe Carell Jr Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. She received her MSN from the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 1998 and her DNP from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2017. In addition to caring for infants in the NICU, Eva is the Quality Improvement Projects Manager for Vanderbilt’s NICU, research coordinator for a mechanical ventilation research grant, and active with the NICU eStar Workgroup. Her research interests include workload of nurses and providers in the NICU and mechanical ventilation of infants in the NICU. Recent research has focused on utilizing workload models integrated into eStar to quantify workload in the NICU.
